1、WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXPANDED METAL AND PUNCHED STEEL?
Expanded Metal is a diamond pattern with a 3⁄4” hole. Punched Steel is a circular pattern with a 1⁄2” hole.
2、WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE REGULAR COATING AND THE TEXTURED COATING?
Our regular thermo-plastic coating has a high gloss smooth finish and is available in 13 color options. The Textured thermo-plastic coating has a slight textured finish to it but maintains a slight gloss. The Textured coating is available in 8 color options.
3、ARE THE FRAMES COATED WITH THE SAME COATING AS THE TOPS AND SEATS?
No. The frames are coated with an industrial grade polyester powder coat finish.
4、WILL THESE PRODUCTS BE OKAY TO LEAVE OUTSIDE ALL YEAR?
Yes. These products are commercial grade products & designed specifically for outdoor use in all kinds of climates.
5、WILL MY PRODUCT GET HOT WHEN IT IS OUT IN THE SUN?
The products will get hot to the touch when left out in extreme sunlight for an extended period of time. The thermo-plastic coating is designed to disperse heat, so the product should not get hot enough to burn the skin like other materials.
6、WILL MY PRODUCT FADE?
The thermo-plastic coating is formulated with UV inhibitors in the coating. These products are fade resistant and the color should stay true for a long time. As with all things, some fading may occur over time depending on climate and color.
7、HOW DO I CLEAN MY PRODUCTS IF THEY GET DIRTY?
These products are specifically designed for low maintenance. Any household cleaner will work to remove most dirt and debris. Sometimes you may have to use a power washer on the surface of the tops and seats to remove stubborn dirt. Do not use any product that contains acetone on the surface of the product.
8、DOES MY PRODUCT COME ASSEMBLED?
No. This product is shipped unassembled. Assembly is easy. Assembly instructions and hardware are included with the shipment. Assembly videos are also available on our website.
